About Your Avon Dashboard

Your Avon Dashboard is your one stop shop for where to view all your KPI’s. It is broken down into 11 components or widgets. Each widget can give you a information about your business.

Some of the widgets will tell you about your profits and help you analyze the health of your business. Because we are in this to make money, right?

Let’s take a look at the 11 widgets that will make up Your Avon Dashboard.

  • Your name, leadership status and President’s Club status
  • Your Orders – this will break down your orders and their status. You will be able to view and track direct delivery orders
  • Account balance/Make a Payment
  • Celebrations – this tab will show you when customers have registered on your e-store and allow you to celebrate their birthdays. You will also have the option to send them a special offer that you design.
  • Avon U Training – View what you have completed and what you have left to complete
  • Campaign Summary – you can view different campaigns. This will show you your sales, commissions, cost and profit
  • Sales and Profit – This area provides a chart to show you your YTD sales comparison vs last year.
  • Presidents Club Status – Find your status and a break down of sales needed to maintain or advance
  • Best Sellers – This important tab shows you your top best sellers and offers a graph that breaks down your sales by product
  • Customers – This widget will show you your current online customers and customers who have not placced an order with you.
  • Important Incentives – Track your Success with Pathway to Premier or other current Avon Incentives. Find out how much bonus money you have earned.

How to Access Your Avon Dashboard

Access and read your Avon Dashboard from your back office representative account located at AvonNow.com. Log in using your account number and password. Then navigate to the Manage Business tab and My Dashboard.

Ways to Read Your Avon Dashboard to help You Sell More Avon Products

Now that you about the widgets on your Avon Dashboard and where to find it, you can learn how to read your Avon Dashboard and use it to help you sell Avon Products.

Avon Celebrations Tab

You can use the Celebrations tab to help you build connections with your customers! In the Avon business, developing and maintaining relationships with your customers is key.

What better way is there than to reach out to your customers personally when it’s time for a birthday? Large retailers often send coupons during their customers’ birthday months.

And as a consumer, I LOVE receiving great coupons when it’s my birthday. And I ALWAYS shop with coupons when I shop. What if you sent your customers a special offer for their birthday? You can set the offer up using the Avon Promotions tool.

In addition, reach out to your new subscribers and offer them a coupon for subscribing. Or just reach out, say hello and invite them to connect with you on social media.

Just because people aren’t ready to buy RIGHT NOW, they may be ready to buy later. Use this tool to develop and establish ongoing relationships with your customers!

Sales and Profit

We’re here to make money right? So make sure your business is in good health. Keeping a thumb on the heartbeat of your business will make you a successful entrepreneur. So knowing what money you have coming in and what money you have going out is key to ensure you are running a profitable business.

Use this tab to see where you are spending your money. Is it in promo codes or shipping? What were your sales last year? Are they up this year and have you made more money overall?

Come up with REAL SOLUTIONS that YOU can control when it comes to how and when you spend your money. What are some examples of solutions to your business costs that can help you increase your profit over time? Remember this is not a get rich quick scheme. No business is. Let’s look at some potential goals that could help you increase your earnings in the long run:

  • What is your president’s club status and how much money would you be making as a president’s club rep? Find out what it will take for you to get there and work with your mentor to develop a plan. Or come talk it over with us in my Facebook group, Timeless Beauty Lessons for Avon Representatives and we can help you come up with a plan.
  • How much money are you spending on promotions and are they profitable? Could you re-evaluate your promotions and only offer them to select customers? How can you use the promotions tool in your favor to make more money overall.
  • How much money have you made relative to last year? Do you have more money coming in? Do the math to see if you may actually be farther ahead than you think.
  • Consider ways to cut costs. How much are you spending on business materials like brochures, bags, etc? Did you know your customers receive a free book when they order on you e-store? Or maybe you want to simply place orders on AvonNow.com (you rep back office) to help cut down shipping costs until you reach president’s club.

Your Avon Best Sellers

Knowledge is power and when you know what sells best for you, it can help you evaluate and evolve your strategy going forward. Maybe you sell a ton of makeup. What would happen if you suggested that every makeup customer tried a skincare item that corresponds with their favorite makeup? What if you sell a lot of skincare? What other products could compliment your skincare customers. What if you created a special offer for your customers who add onto their order?

It’s all at your fingertips. Use the knowledge at your fingertips to help you build higher orders and continue to increase your sales. And always be looking for ways to increase your customer base.

If you do most of your business in fragrance, make it a goal to pick up some skincare customers. Learn about where that target customer hangs on online, in person and on social media.

When you know about the target customer and where they hang out, you can direct your marketing efforts towards them properly instead of just throwing darts and hoping they stick.

Customers

Use this widget to your advantage and reach out to customers who have not placed an order in awhile. You may want to reach out to them and start a conversation. Or you may want to send them a coupon.

Either way, make a point to use this tab to reignite your connection with the customers who haven’t ordered in awhile. Take a look at their previous orders and check to see if their favorites are on sale. Then send them a personalized message to let them know so they don’t miss out!
