Did you know that as an Avon Representative, Avon provides email marketing on your behalf? The only thing you have to do as an Avon Representative is add your Avon Customers to your Address book located in your back office.

After that, Avon will automatically send emails to your customers. This allows you to remain consistent even when you are not able to always be working your business 100%.

But that’s not all.

In order for your customers to receive special offers that you generate through the promotion tool in your back office, they must be subscribed to receive email marketing from you.

How to Add Avon Customers to Your Avon Address Book

Adding your Avon Customers to Your Address book is quick and easy. It can be done one of two ways.

  1. Log into your back office at avonnow.com using your Avon Account Number and Password. Navigate to “Manage Business” and then navigate to “Web Office”. Click on “Address Book” and Click the ” + Customer”. Enter the customers first name, last name and email address. Select a group if you have divided your customers into groups. Click save. And then verify that your customer has been successfully added
  2. Log into your back office at AvonNow.com. If you are placing an order for a new customer, you can add them to the address book from the order screen. Simply navigate to the product you are ordering for your customer and hit the customer drop down box. Click add new customer. Enter in your customers First Name, Last Name and Email Address and Click Save.

Dividing Your Address Book into Groups

You can divide your Avon Address book into groups based on customer interest. In your back office in AvonNow.com, navigate to the manage business tab. Then, click on Web Office and Address Book. Hit the + Group Button. Type in a name for your group and hit save.

Add your customer to the address book as listed above and pull down the group drop down menu. Assign them to the corresponding group that you have created.

You can also edit the customer’s group and information by searching, clicking on the customer’s name, and editing their listing in the address book.

How to Be Sure your Avon Customers are Subscribed to Receive your Emails

It’s important to periodically analyze your email marketing list. Especially right now. If you have been selling Avon for awhile and you have customers who have unsubscribed to your email list, now would be a great time to reach out to those customers and get them re-subscribed.

You can see who has unsubscribed to your email list by looking at the subscribed column in your Avon Address Book. Navigate to Manage Business – Back Office – Address book and look for the subscribed tab.

If there is a check mark beside the customers name in your Avon Address book, they are subscribed to your email marketing. If there is not a check mark, they have unsubscribed to email marketing from you.

The reason to add Avon Customers into you Avon Address book is so that they can receive email marketing from you on a consistent basis.

In addition, customers in your address book are eligible to receive special promotions that you create for them using the Avon Promotion tool in your back office.
