Avon What’s New 2020 – Rep Tips to Plan for Campaign 2

Shopping from the Campaign 2 What’s New was full of decision making for me. To make sure I was being resourceful and keeping my business profitable, I had to make a budget. But boy was it hard! There were so many amazing products to choose from.

So I decided to choose products that I thought I could sell. My plan was two-fold. First, I was thinking about what NEW products I could feature that my customers would love. And second – I always like to look at products I can feature that will turn a large profit for me.

Pro Tip: Choose a few items you can FEATURE from this catalog. Set a budget of what you are willing to invest in your business. Maybe it’s 10% of what you earned last campaign. Use that money to purchase demos that you feel you will be able to feature and turn into cash.

How to Feature Products from Avon What’s New for Campaign 2

When you are choosing to feature products from the What’s New, it’s important to set a budget and choose items that go along with your brand. Let’s face it. People buy from people they like. Your customers are buying from you because they like you! So chances are, if you like something, so will they!

Featuring Fashion items can be a good strategy for your business. While your commission percentage is lower (20% on fashion items), they are a higher sale item because they are a little more expensive. This means that if you sell one, it can do two things.

First, it can boost your sales closer to your next President’s Club goal – which, in turn, makes you more money in the long run. Second, since the item is a higher-priced item, you might actually make more DOLLARS than you would if you just sold a tube of mascara.

Same goes for the higher-end makeup by The Face Shop. When you choose to feature one of the new eye palettes – you will pocket more money than you would if you feature a $4.99 eye shadow palette. Plus the new items are ON TREND. But I’m getting ahead of myself. I’m just SO excited about C2.

Here are my top tips for how to always have a successful Campaign:

  • order early – you should begin promoting Campaign 3 NO later than B week of Campaign 2. I, personally, will be handing out the C3 Avon Catalog 2020 to my customers as soon as Campaign 2 opens so that I can place my orders the FIRST day of the campaign – NOT the last.
  • Choose Demo Items to keep in stock – Starting this campaign, every representative can order two of every item on demo. Set a budget and choose which items you think will be hot sellers and keep them in stock. See below on my tips of what might go fast. Set a budget and be confident about what you will sell and HOW.
